Parker Shane Manalaysay

Parker is a youth leader who blends technology with environmental advocacy. As former Governor of the College of Computer Studies at Silliman University, and a two-term College Representative in the Student Government, he honed strong leadership, management, and communication skills, building a foundation that bridges digital innovation with environmental action. Parker channels these skills into developing websites for environmental NGOs, having built one for the Global Mangrove Alliance Philippines. Through this work, he supports conservation efforts with practical, accessible digital tools, demonstrating how grassroots leadership and technical expertise can come together to advance environmental causes across the Philippines.
