Kang Daesung Birthday Mangrove Planting

Mangrove Matters PH planted 34 Avicennia marina seedlings in honor of Kang Daesung’s 34th birthday as a commemorative conservation initiative. The activity supported coastal protection and ecosystem restoration, with the seedlings entrusted to partnered coastal communities composed of women, youth, and fisherfolk who help care for them while benefiting from their role in food security, livelihood, and shoreline protection.
