The initiative aimed to strengthen youth engagement in global environmental discussions while ensuring that the benefits of the campaign extended directly to local conservation efforts. In line with this commitment, 50% of all funds raised were allocated to mangrove planting activities at the Siit Mangrove Ecopark in Siaton, Negros Oriental.

The campaign demonstrated the interconnected nature of environmental action—from empowering young advocates to participate in international knowledge-sharing platforms to supporting on-the-ground ecosystem restoration efforts in local communities. Donors and sponsors received Seedling Certificates in recognition of their contributions, and financial and liquidation reports were released to uphold transparency and accountability.

Through this initiative, Mangrove Matters PH was able to amplify Filipino youth voices in international environmental spaces while contributing to the restoration and protection of vital mangrove ecosystems in Negros Oriental.
